Wm S (Bill) Tighe
Position: Chairman of the Board

Mr. William Tighe, 56, is currently Chief Operating Officer, President and Director of Kodiak Energy. For more than twenty-nine years, Mr. Tighe has been employed and/or consulted on operational, project management, design and construction matters for Canadian and international oil and gas companies in roles that include or included operations, operations development, maintenance, commissioning and start-up and management. Mr. Tighe has worked in and/or been involved with heavy oil insitu in Alberta and Saskatchewan, sour gas/liquids plants in Alberta and British Columbia and design of and construction of, commission of, start up and operations of large sour gas/liquids processing plants in southeast Asia. Since 2005, Mr. Tighe has primarily focused on developing Kodiak Energy's business interests. During 2004, Mr. Tighe worked for Suncor Energy Ltd. as a Business Services Manager, Growth Planning and Development. From 2000 until 2004, Mr. Tighe worked for Petro China International as Operations Development and Commissioning Manager. Mr. Tighe attended the University of Calgary where he studied general science and computer science. He holds an Interprovincial Power Engineering Certification II Class.

 
Wiktor Musial
Position: Director, President, Secretary and Treasurer

Mr. Musial is a Senior Technician with 27 years of industrial experience, specializing in the Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines. His areas of expertise include quality control and quality assurance, and the installation and management of advanced logic based control systems and electrical equipment. He has worked in the United States, Canada, Russia, Dubai, South Korea, and Scotland across the oilsands, conventional oil and gas, and power generation industries.
In 2002, Mr. Musial received his Certificate of Proficiency as a Journeyman Electrician from the Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training Board. In 1978, Mr. Musial received a Certificate of Qualification as an Electro-Mechanic of Industrial Machinery from the Poland Technical College in Gorzow. Poland.
From January 2005 to December 2006, Mr. Musial was the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Paradigm Oil and Gas, a Nevada registered company that trades on the Pink Sheets

 
Donald W. Hryhor
Position: Director

Don Hryhor has over 35 years of hands-on experience within various disciplines of the oil exploration industry. From 1972-1988, Mr. Hryhor trained with Hryhor Geophysical Ltd., a highly successful consulting firm involved in numerous major oilfield discoveries throughout the world, including the first major pools in the British North Sea, U.K., Rainbow Lake, Zama, South Ricinus, and several other fields throughout Western Canada, U.S. Gulf Coast and Texas.

During the past 20 years, Mr. Hryhor independently compiled extensive and proprietary geotechnical studies and reservoir analyses within North America, incorporating over 600,000 wells. His research and geological studies generated prospects located at Yoyo, Bougie, Lucy, Clarke Lake and Helmet in northeast B.C., Sturgeon Lake, Crossfield and Peace River in Alberta, and the N.W.T. Utilizing his vast technical database, Mr. Hryhor was instrumental in Tamm Oil and Gas Corp. ("TAMO") identifying and acquiring the mineral rights within the Manning Alberta prospect, now estimated to contain over 3 Billion barrels of original oil in place.

Mr. Hryhor founded Canadian Wildcat Exploration Limited in 1988, Scarlet Exploration Inc. ("V.SCO") in 1993, and Grand River Resources Inc. in 1995. He currently acts as President and CEO of Thunder River Energy Inc. (and Thunder's subsidiary, CIMA Holdings Inc. in New Mexico), and operates privately as President and CEO of both Canadian Wildcat Corporation and Western Crown Corporation.
